When you want to save your inventory updates, click Submit Inventory at the bottom of the page. Tip: It helps to do your inventory beforehand so that you know how much to order from the Kitchen Commissary.

The Order Flow is as Follows:

• Check Items you wish to Order.
• Look at On Hand/On Par to have an idea of how much you should order for each item.
• Input amount for the Item.
• Select the Unit you want the item in.
